Updates on the place I put the offer in on...it was listed at 209K, there were a total of 5 other offers. I put my offer in at 215K, with me paying closing costs.
Updates on the place I put the offer in on...it was listed at 209K, there were a total of 5 other offers. I put my offer in at 215K, with me paying closing costs. They counter offered all 6 of us 235K with an additional $4,000 in unpaid HOA fees.
So I counter-counter offered 220K, but they would pay my closing costs, and I would pay the HOA fees.
Now we wait again...
It's still good to be me, and if this is the place God wants me, it will be. And if not, it won't! Easy~
