Driving down the highway

The lupen are in full swing out here! I shot these from the freeway during very slow rushhour, so please pardon the bluriness.

I am not sure what the golden flowers were. I should have just pulled over, but I actually had to get somewhere.

Spring has sprung!

Just wanted to show off a little of what has sprung at the Spriggs house. Happy spring!

St. Patrick's Day 2009

The luck of the Irish would have it that I was able to make it to the St. Patrick's Day festivities. Crystal made it too! What a bonnie pair of lassies we are!
And we were lucky enough to see our old dear friend Tony sing in his Irish tenor, tied up with a black velvet band!
As you can see, it was quite crowded in the sea of green.

I ran into some old buddies from the pub days kicking up their heels too!

And then this band came on, and the place erupted into dance! Or should I say jigs?

I had my green on, and the luck of the Irish was certainly shining on me.

It's good to be me, and I hope you too had a lucky St. Patrick's day as well!
