I just overheard my charge nurse and my nurse manager discussing the patient load, and who should take a patient and yadda yadda, and then they said, "And Laura, she's a stong nurse."
Just wanted to toot my own horn!
It's good to be me~!

you go girl, I love the title of your post. ****blush*****.
The only thing that would have made this one more precious is seeing you blush.
About your last post. ..My father-in-law passed away from colon cancer, and I have such respect for cancer patients. They have such a desire to stay with their families, they will do just about anything to prolong life, even if it is for such a short time.
Having said that, the nurses that care for cancer patients are worth their weight in gold. I will never forget ever the kindness shown to our dad.
Strong? Super hero!
Alright!
hi hon..you are the best..dont know why it took them so long
Good to hear they didn't say, "Laura,... she's a strong horse." As I age, my hearing seems to pick up on things just a wee bit differently than intended. It gets me into a bit of a mess sometimes. :) Have a wonderful day, you strong, super nurse, you!
still blushing eh?
. . . either you are between hospitals or else they realized you are so super strong they won't give you a break.
