Yes there is a palm tree. 2 to be exact! And the latest discovery is that the previous owners had painted the back of the spare bedroom door with blackboard paint, and their I'm-just-guessing teenaged daugter had a blast with the neon chalk colors. I simply must post a picture!
Anyhow, I am finally into escrow! I should close on March 24th, so thank you for the prayers, and we will keep them coming.
It is good to be me in escrow.
