Knowing new daddy, Trace, is in the Navy, she was inspired to get baby Kirsiella a sailor dress. Mandatory, from what I understand.
Both the baby's daddy and my mommy were happy, and the baby behaved beautifully.
And so I pacified my mother, once again, with allowing her to play grandma without having to actually produce any offspring of my own. Sheer genius!

Ella was a dream. Can't wait to see her looking "ship shape" in her new togs as she grows up.
Actually borrowing babies for cuddles is not such a bad made-do.
The kittens help too!
